Economics at Charles University ranks in the Top 100 globally

13 July, 2017

The 2017 edition of the prestigious Global Ranking of Academic Subjects has been published. It places Economics at Charles University among the best 100 universities worldwide. The ranking indicators include measures of research productivity, research quality, extent of international collaboration, and academic recognition.

This ranking success is, above all, the result of the excellent research activities of the two economics institutes at Charles University, IES FSV UK and CERGE-EI. Thanks to their unique synergy, IES Master's students can attend advanced Master's-level courses in CERGE-EI's doctoral program by joining the Visiting Master's Scheme. This year's application deadline is 20 August.
