“My research topic is "Remittances in Armenia", therefore I decided to apply for the research internship program carried out by the Central Bank of Armenia. The comprehensive knowledge acquired by studying under world-renowned professors, along with the history of excellence of CERGE-EI, helped me stand out from other applicants and secure the above internship.”

Emma Mikayelyan, MAER Student

“The program taught me to think deeply and critically about problems, and to understand the basics perfectly so that I can build on them individually. I would recommend this program to anyone who is not afraid to work hard. It is worth it.”

Monika Neufussová, MAER Graduate,
Business Analyst at KPMG

Economics is a discipline about how to make the most of limited opportunities. This is useful in business, research, public policy, and life. I still love the field I chose to work in.

Filip Matějka, Economist,
Researcher and Associate Professor at CERGE-EI
