Tymofiy Mylovanov is a Ukrainian economist, president of the Kyiv School of Economics, an academic economist from the University of Pittsburgh, and former Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine. 

Konstantin Sonin is a Russian economist, a professor at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, visiting professor at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, a research fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) in London, and an associate research fellow at the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics.
