2016 Teaching Fellows Course

12 July, 2016

A record number of new Teaching Fellows from numerous countries will be coming to Prague for the 2016 August Teaching Fellows Course. New Fellows from Georgia, Hungary, Ukraine, and numerous other countries will participate this year.

The course features workshops and group discussions on modern economics teaching practices, and is also a great chance to network with others in the field.

The CERGE-EI Teaching Fellows program was launched in 2007 to increase the quality of undergraduate teaching in economics universities throughout the CEE and CIS regions. Since then, Teaching Fellows have taught in 25 countries reaching 70 000 students. In the 2015/16 academic year alone, 94 CERGE-EI Teaching Fellows were teaching courses at 64 universities in 23 countries throughout Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Russia and Ukraine.

More information on the program available on the CERGE-EI website.
