UPCES TRANSCRIPT POLICY & FEES

To request transcripts, please contact the UPCES Director and provide the mailing address for the transcript(s) and any other relevant details. Send a check for the appropriate amount (based on fees below) to:

When the check is received at the CERGE-EI Foundation, the UPCES Director will be notified and the transcript(s) will be mailed immediately to the address(es) provided.

Two transcripts are free if requested while in Prague (not mailed).

Additional transcripts: $2.00 per transcript plus postage below:

Air Mail $2.00 per mailing address;
Registered $4.00 per mailing address;

UPS Federal Express, etc. - depends on final destination but not less than $50.00.
